That is not exactly the quote I wanted but it'll do .. I wanted to talk about car racing today... What is the fascination of watching a bunch of cars race around in circles until you get dizzy? Don't get me wrong I like a good car race but it usually involves a circuit with lots of twists and turns like Formula 1. No ovals or circles will really do it for me and then they race for about five or six hundred laps. It is a very good way to put someone to sleep... I'm sorry i'm rambling a little and I think it's all Jeff's fault

In other interesting news The City of New York will pass a smoking ban this week prohibiting smoking in bars, restaurants, nightclubs, appartments, streets, elevators, movie theatres, toilets, buses, your own car, bicycles, kitchens, hospitals, subways, operating rooms ... go figure next thinng you know they'll ban alcohol from stadiums and make marijuana illegal

So the word of the weekend in NYC was STRIKE... and as usual all these thtreats resulted in absolutely nothing but a beautiful sunny day... At least in Italy when they strike you know when it's going to start and how long it's going to last (usually between 4 and 12 hours) and that's it..Incidentally there was a transport workers strike in all of Italy today .... meanwhile back at stately Wayne Manor these poor people are still negotiating and a strike could happen at any time today leaving millions of people stranded in NYC... very disturbing...
